One of the best holiday trips we’ve taken yet, and undoubtedly the best way to kick off a new year! There are simply too many great things to say about Paradero, but the ambience, curated guest experiences, and extraordinary service from staff are top of mind! Absolutely enjoyed the beach days (including the sunset and got lucky to see some whales!), mountain hikes, star gazing by the fire, and the amazing cooking experience with chef Caesar! Carlos was excellent and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Thank you also to Dayann, Angel, and Abraham! We’d been to several 5 star places in Cabo before heading to Todos Santos, and while we had great experiences, Paradero definitely knocked it out of the park!!

We felt truly pampered and cared for throughout our entire stay. The staff's attention to detail and kindness were absolutely the stars of the show. Every day, the hotel offered a variety of activities included in the stay—no extra charges. From beach days and sunset gatherings to functional training, hiking, biking, and cooking classes, there was something for every moment of the day. The property itself is stunning, with a beautifully curated design and breathtaking sunsets that you can admire from multiple spots. Luna and her entire team went above and beyond, especially since our stay coincided with our honeymoon and my birthday. They surprised us with a private aperitivo by a bonfire set up in our room and special desserts at dinner. Thank you all—you were truly top-notch!

The most beautiful, serene, romantic, and delicious destination. We visited for our 10 year anniversary and could not be happier with the quality of everything. What topped it off though was the service. We loved all the people working there - they were so friendly and went out of their way to help. Five stars over and over.

We had an incredible time at Paradero. It’s beautiful, the activities are so fun, and the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Some of the highlights were the cooking class with Miguel, surfing with David, and the hike with Ernando. We will definitely be back!

A Truly Personalized and Magical Experience My time at Paradero in Todos Santos was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, it felt like every detail had been tailored specifically to my personal preferences. The entire experience struck a perfect balance between relaxation, adventure, and connection. One of the standout aspects was how intimate and personal everything felt — even the excursions. Rather than feeling like part of a large tour group, each activity felt curated and meaningful, allowing for a deeper connection with the place, the people, and the moment. It’s rare to find experiences that feel this thoughtfully crafted. The food was absolutely phenomenal — fresh, vibrant, and deeply rooted in the local flavors of Baja. Every meal was a highlight in itself. But what truly made my stay unforgettable was the warm, genuine hospitality. On my birthday, the entire kitchen staff came out to sing to me — a beautiful, heartfelt gesture that completely caught me off guard (in the best way). It was the kind of moment that stays with you long after the trip is over. Paradero isn’t just a place to stay — it’s a full sensory and emotional experience, grounded in authenticity and care. I left feeling deeply recharged, incredibly grateful, and already planning my return.

Paradero immediately caught my eye with its design and its setting in one of my favorite places on earth, Baja California. The hotel fully embraces the Baja aesthetic, from expansive views to unforgettable sunsets. Every corner feels intentional and calm. The activities curated by the staff were outstanding. The instructors are top class. I highly recommend yoga with Ana, surfing lessons with David, and the temezcal ceremony with Tony, which was a powerful and meaningful first time experience for me. What truly sets Paradero apart is the staff (Dayann, Carla, Dariel, Abraham and many more). They are warm, attentive, and thoughtful. After my surfing lesson, they had the soaking tub prepared without me asking. They also noticed it was my birthday and planned several surprises that made the trip feel deeply personal. Traveling solo, I could not have imagined a better experience. Thank you, Paradero, for creating a very memorable trip and birthday!

I really enjoyed my stay. Fantastic minimal architecture and outstanding food. The only negative is the location is neither close to the beach (a mile or so) or to hiking trails. But I would definitely stay there again. And the great Cerritos surf spot is only a 5 minute drive away.

We stayed at Paradero Los Cabos for 1 night, and the service here has been absolutely superb. A special shoutout to the concierge, Diane, who truly went above and beyond in every possible way. We got a little lost on our way to the resort, and Diane, along with Jose, literally walked a long distance to find us and make sure we were heading in the right direction. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with the most genuine smile and immediately made us feel so welcomed. As if that wasn't enough, she even helped us try to locate our lost car key (yes... we managed to lose it). Her kindness, patience, and dedication truly touched us. We are incredibly thankful to have met Diane at Paradero - she is truly an angel in this world and a perfect representation of the incredible hospitality here. This experience alone makes Paradero unforgettable.
